We just had our soft launch of this new outlet 2 days ago. It has been kind of tough yet memorable experience building 3B first outlet.
It is simple, and the concept is purely no concept. The setup designs come after deciding this place as 3B new HQ.
3B Drip & Dutch; both are Will's forte in coffee industry. Hopefully, by adding roastery concepts and retail experience for coffee enthusiasts, one may be able to see coffee is indeed more than just a cup of coffee with instagramable latte art.
I love coffee, but not as skillful barista. I just love the culture of enjoying good coffee. I enjoy to be able to see Will making coffee, teaching his students and ultimately his no.1 fan. I guessed that mind gives me real reason enough to inspire me to design the place. A place he can communicate his coffee journey into practice, clearly and everyone can enjoy making their own coffee too.
